Institute of Competition & Success (ICS) is my dream Institution formed at 1987 in Kolkata after my retirement from Defence as an Officer. My only motive was to serve my nation after my retirement also; hence I started training young bloods to Join Indian Armed Force. Institute of Competition & Success was only formed to GUIDE STUDENTS TO JOIN INDIAN ARMED FORCE i.e. ARMY, NAVY, AIRFORCE & Para-military Forces & hence for the last 32 years we are doing so. We guided lots of students in these years and those students are now serving in Indian Defence and are posted in all over our nation----making us proud, their parents proud, encouraging & motivating the students of current batches. We have our own style of guiding the students which has helped us to stay in this field successfully for all these years. We guide for all Defence courses-----------------

ARMY, NAVY, AIRFORCE, NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY (NDA), COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE (CDS), TECHNICAL ENTRY SCHEME (TES), UNIVERSITY ENTRY SCHEME (UES), TECHNICAL GRADUATE COURSE (TGC), SERVICE SELECTION BOARD (SSB), TERRITORIAL ARMY (TA), CENTRAL POLICE FORCE (CPF) PARA-MILITARY FORCES, SAINIK SCHOOL, MILITARY SCHOOL & OTHER PARTS OF DEFENCE.

We prepare our students for Written as well as SSB examination, making them physically fit and mentally strong. We with our students regularly give Labour Day and Night out to achieve the Uniform of Respect. We do have our own ground where we take our students for Physical Training and the written Classes occur more or less 7days a week. We have qualified teachers to do the same and for the SSB I CAPTAIN G.K. SEHGAL along with other specialised Officers those who have the privilege of serving in SSB Boards only are here, guiding the students to make them Soldier. Our students are really lucky to have Group Captain Debasish Palit as their mentor. Sir is highly decorated officer from Indian Air force and then the President of SSB Board (Varanasi) and also the interviewing officer there. Our students are getting the best man as there guide. We also have Squadron Leader Joy Choudhury with us. He is also helping and guiding the student for so long, sharing his vast knowledge of Service Knowledge, Group Planning Exercise etc. We also have other officers we comes as guest lecturer. We could have moved this far without their help also.

As this is the only Institute in West Bengal we guides in only making Soldiers, students started to demand for making other branches nearer to their home as we have students from all over India. Keeping this mind we started to do the same and successfully created our newest branch at Barrackpore and planning to make our impression all over Bengal and outside also.

Now it’s your turn. Being soldier is not a normal thing, U HAVE TO ACHIEVE IT. It is tough to do the same without taking guidance also. So here we are. Come fast and help yourself to become an Indian Armed Force Officer. Don’t waste any other moment, we are waiting for you.
