CAPTAIN SEHGAL’S DEFENCE INSTITUTE is our dream Institution established in 1987 in Kolkata We guided lot of students in these years and they have been serving in Indian Defence Services and are posted all over the country----making us and their parents proud. We have our own style of guiding the students which has helped us to stay in this field successfully for over 35 years. We guide for all Defence courses----------------- ARMY, NAVY, AIRFORCE, NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY (NDA), COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE (CDS), TECHNICAL ENTRY SCHEME (TES), UNIVERSITY ENTRY SCHEME (UES) (Technical Graduates), SERVICE SELECTION BOARD (SSB), TERRITORIAL ARMY (TA), CENTRAL POLICE FORCE (CPF) PARAMILITARY FORCES, SAINIK SCHOOLS, MILITARY SCHOOL Etc. We prepare our students for Written as well as SSB Interview examination, making them physically fit and mentally strong. We have qualified teachers for Written, and for SSB Interviews. I Captain G.K. Sehgal along with other Ex- Army, Air force; Navy & SSB Officers have been guiding the students. We also have services of Officers those who served in Service Selection Boards (SSB). We are also privileged to have Group Captain Debasish Palit who served twice in SSB as Interviewing Officer (IO) & President of SSB. Our students are getting the best faculty as there guide. We also have Squadron Leader Joy Chowdhury with us. He is helping and guiding the students & giving them intensive Indoor & Outdoor training to prepare them for Written, Physical Test, and SSB-Interviews. We also have many other officers who help as “Guest Faculty”. We could have not moved this far without their help.
